Embroidered Kimono Dress

Heyyyy there, friends! It’s been a minute, huh?! My last post didn’t include any words lol, so things are going great haha! Sorry about that. I am really good with Instagram, and not so great about posting a full post to my blog. It’s something I’m working on. BUT, I am so excited to show you this AH-MAZING kimono and dress I recently scored at Zara. I mean, they always kill it. Isn’t it gorgeous?? I realize not everyone is going to be into a kimono, but I absolutely adore them because they just make such a statement with an outfit. Especially this one with the beautiful embroidered sleeves. I love wearing them with dresses but also with jeans and my Levis cutoffs too.

I paired it here with this floral dress, also from Zara. The dress is actually see through, so I had to add a slip underneath. It is styled online with a pair of jeans and a bandeau top, and I will definitely be wearing it like that as well. The dress is only 35 dollars, which is another reason why I love Zara so much. They have the cutest things and most are reasonably priced. The kimono is more than I normally spend, at 150, but it’s so unique and so worth it! The bag in these pics is a new purchase and I’m obsessed. It’s only 48 dollars and looks and feels so much more expensive than that! This has already been used a ton and will definitely be in the regular rotation.

What do you all think of kimonos? Love them? Hate them? Curious what you think! If you haven’t tried them, you should give them a try! You might be surprised at how much you love them 🙂 I hope you all have a wonderful Tuesday!

  6. This whole look is just amazing! I love the kimono and that dress is just as gorgeous!

  7. Your Kimono – dress combination is amazing. It makes you look like a goddess! However, even though 35 bucks is a pretty reasonable price for the dress, I do feel that 150 is a bit too much for the Kimono. Will you be showing us some more affordable Kimono dresses soon? I really love them, but 150 is a bit too rich for my blood…
