There is something about the new year that brings change and helps you reflect on the past year and what you want to do differently for this next year. I am not one for resolutions, as I usually fail them. However, I am a fan of writing down goals. I like to think about areas I could improve on, or set goals for my personal or professional life.
One of my main goals for this year is improving my family’s health habits. I would love to get more fruits and vegetables in my kids and overall improve their eating habits. Myself included. I used to juice daily, but have gotten out of the habit of that, so when Karuna contacted me asking if they could send me some juice to try, I was all on board. I did some reading about their belief and company motto, and was super stoked to try it. I was lucky enough to meet the owner of the company, Angela, in person and was so impressed with her company!
They have several different types of juices, Boost, Heal, Hydrate, and Fuel. My favorite so far is the Rejuvenate drink. It has Goji Berry, Longan, Dates and Mango. It is based on an ancient recipe developed by royal families to promote beauty from within. It also helps energy generation and improve sleep quality. My daughter is even obsessed with it! They also have meal replacement drinks and I love those as well. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy and overall demeanor and my family is loving it 😉
Karuna products can be found locally here in St. Louis at Whole Foods and also at Dierbergs. They will be expanding soon so be sure to check out their site HERE to see if they’ll be in your area! I hope you will give them a try.
Thanks for reading!

I’ve never been a big fan of pressed juices and the like, but these don’t sound so bad! I’ll have to try them out some time!

These look so great! I definitely struggle to get all of my nutrients in every day, so this is right up my alley.
